10 Tips To Improve Your Homeoffice Work


The plan is to optimize your day and work a total of eight effective and productive hours, without having to leave aside your personal activities and commitments.

1. Wake up every day at the same time. And wake up early.

2. Create the habit of always starting the day with the same activity.

3. As much as you're in a hurry, be sure to prepare a good breakfast.

4. Start your day with the most important task, which is probably not watching TV.

Divide your time into blocks of 1 or 2 hours of well focused work. And during these periods, try not to be distracted, or check e-mails and social networks...

6. ...and then take breaks between these time blocks.

7. Separate periods in your daily schedule for sports, friends and leisure.

8. Always have food at home, so you don't waste time with "where are we going to lunch?" decisions.

9. From time to time change windows: leave home and go to work in a café, coworking office or even the park.
