As the watershed was damaged by another fight over Brexit, Boris Johnson turned back last night with his ministers' claims that approval had been an initial benefit of leaving the EU. Questioned at a press conference in Downing Street to confirm the claim, he said: "These are global efforts, scientists from around the world have come together to make this possible. It is a truly international thing and very, very moving to see. ”
