The Jenner Practice in Forest Hill opened its doors to people aged 80 and over on Friday - and was quickly flooded with patients.
Those standing in the impressive queue down a road leading to the clinic were seen wrapped in hats and scarves.
Others brought chairs to rest their legs. Many were accompanied by carers and relatives.
