Londoners ignored 'stay indoors' warnings as they made their way to the capital's parks on Saturday.

Thousands flocked to London's green spaces to enjoy the uninterrupted sunshine and high temperatures of the 13th century.

Police were on patrol disrupting picnics on Wimbledon Common, London Fields and Primrose Hill on Saturday.
