Hilco gets in the way of Mike Ashley's purchase of Debenhams
Sports Direct billionaire Mike Ashley has exploded with rage at his alleged refusal to take part in the Debenhams auction, while the restructuring company Hilco was preparing to begin liquidation of parts of the business.
Hilco planned to send its teams to Debenhams shops later this week, although this may be complicated by the impending lockdown.
