BREXIT UPDATE : Europe's minister, Lord True, said the vote appeared to be "destruction".

Boris Johnson's plan to violate international law on Brexit was overwhelmingly rejected by the House of Lords.





Peers voted 433-165 to remove the clauses in the Internal Market Bill that would allow the UK to renege on its obligations in the withdrawal agreement signed with the EU.
