STARDUST, the new movie about David Bowie

The Bowie estate has not licensed a single musical track, nor has the family given their approval to the narrative







The feature film premieres on November 6 at the Raindance Film Festival in London, England, with the presence of the film's director, Gabriel Range, and arrives in cinemas and on VOD (video on demand) on November 25.

Stardust is focused on Bowie's first trip to the United States in 1971, which inspired the creation of one of his most famous alter egos, Ziggy Stardust.

According to the NME last year, David Bowie's son, Duncan Jones, who is not allowed to play any of his father's music because it is a film.



Set in 1971, the feature film will showcase Bowie's life before he became one of the most authentic artists in the history of music, when he made his first trip to the United States to begin his career and created his famous alter-ego, Ziggy Stardust.
