All parts of England are in the process of ending Level 3 restrictions

England may be placed under a national blockade from next Wednesday, two reports suggested.

Boris Johnson will announce the new measures at a press conference on Monday, The Times and Daily Mail said.

He could see everything closed except essential shops and education by 1 December, they suggested the reports.

However, no final decision is believed to have been made, and tougher regional measures - such as the introduction of Level 4 - are also being considered.
