Venice Festival2020 Nominees

Chaired by Australian actress Cate Blanchett, the jury will also include directors Christian Petzold (Germany), Cristi Puiu (Romania), Joanna Hogg (United Kingdom) and Veronika Franz (Austria), actress Ludivine Sagnier (France) and writer Nicola Lagioia (Italy). The jury of the "Horizons" section will be chaired by French filmmaker Claire Denis and will also include directors Francesca Comencini (Italy) and Oskar Alegria (Spain) and producers Christine Vachon (USA) and Katriel Schory (Israel).   

The festival also added two films after the official list was released. They are The Human Voice, with Tilda Swinton and directed by Pedro Almodóvar, and One Night in Miami, directed by Regina King.
