Garlic Heinz ? Why so bad ?

To the point of doubt


Don't try it because it tastes bad






Heinz makes one of the best mayonnaises available in the supermarket.
I was able to try this one: mixed with garlic. I regretted it. It tastes bad and doesn't go well with any dish. Worth a tip from me.

The spectre of mayonnaise gone bad also contributed to this kind of culinary curse. It's like "I can't get it right", "I waste oil and eggs", "it tastes too strong", or "too mild", and forty thousand other lame excuses. 


  



The best recipe, tested by me, is below



01 large egg
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon
oil



PREPARATION


Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the oil.

Beat lightly and place the lid on the blender.

While the blender is on, add the oil until it is just right.

It is very hard, so when it hardens, you can stop it, otherwise it will fall apart.

Get cool.
