Overestimated? George Michael's house in Highgate was sold for £19 million

A local agent was surprised at the sale price, revealed in the Land Registry documents this week, estimating the value of the house at around £12 million.

The singer's sister, Melanie Panayiotou, moved into the property after her death.  In a sad coincidence, she died there on Christmas Day 2019, exactly three years after her brother.
