Voting and counting "worked legally and transparently", but this is not what Donald Trump thinks

Trump paid $3 million for a recount in the two largest Democratic counties in Wisconsin in a desperate new attempt to break Joe Biden's succession to the White House  

Mr. Trump could have asked for a statewide recount - but it would have cost $8 million

The recount petition, signed by Mr Trump and Vice President Mike Pence on Monday, claimed that unspecified "errors and fraud" were committed throughout Wisconsin, but particularly in the cities of Madison and Milwaukee, which voted overwhelmingly in Biden.
