Ivanka and husband are provoked with outdoors in Times Square

They should have sued by now, what are they waiting for?

Outdoors in Time Square, created by the Lincoln project, insinuate the neglect of Ivanka Trump and her husband

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's lawyer is threatening to sue the Lincoln Project for posters the Republican group has installed in Times Square that show the two senior White House advisors smiling next to body bags and figures that reflect an impressive number of coronavirus deaths.

Marc Kasowitz - a longtime outside attorney for the Kasowitz, Benson & Torres law firm, President Donald Trump, wrote in a letter to the Lincoln Project, saying, "If these billboards are not removed immediately, we will sue you for what will undoubtedly be a huge compensatory and punitive damages.¨

Kasowitz criticized the billboard showing Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, smiling and seemingly gesturing in the direction of figures showing over 33,000 New Yorkers and 221,000 Americans died of VOCID-19. In a second billboard that accompanies, Kushner, President Trump's son-in-law, is positioned next to body bags with the phrase "[New Yorkers] will suffer and that is their problem".

In a statement on Friday responding to the threat of legal action, the Lincoln Project refused to remove the billboards. "We consider it important that in Times Square, the crossroads of the world, people are continually reminded of the cruelty, boldness and disconcerting lack of empathy that the Trumps and Kushners have shown to the American people," the group said.
