After the summer recess Parliament full of problems

On the first day of a new term in Westminster, the Prime Minister and senior cabinet colleagues are facing difficult parliamentary questions about their overall VOVID strategy and serious mistakes such as the A-level fiasco. Conservative advocates are returning to the Commons in a rebellious mood, furious at the screening disaster, government reversals, and reports of large tax increases planned by Chancellor Rishi Sunak.
The education secretary, who must face further calls from opposition parliamentarians to resign, also made an 11-hour appeal to parents to return their children to school."For many, today marks the first day of a new school year, with thousands of children crossing the school gates again as schools across the country begin to reopen for full-time education for all students," he said.
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer, accused by conservative parliamentarians during the summer of supporting the teachers' unions' opposition to a full return to school, is demanding a statement from Mr Williamson's Commons.
"For millions of families across England, this week will be a mixture of emotion and anxiety," he said. "Emotion for the children who will be back in the classroom for the first time in months.
